			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is indeed the question that hovers now around the first smartphone from Google since the USPTO, U.S. Patent Office has rejected the application to registrater the mark &#8220;Nexus One&#8221; for Google.</p>

<p>The cause? The term &#8220;Nexus&#8221; had already been filed by Integra Telecom.</p>
<p>Google now has 6 months to prepare his defense and try to change that decision.</p>
<p>So What are the solutions that remain if the name &#8220;Nexus One&#8221; is owned by Integra Telecom?</p>

It since 18 months when the two giants are working on this project and a first prototype could even be unveiled at CES or at the press conference on January 5 for the launch of Nexus One.</p>
<p>We do not know more about this tablet, which obviously would turn in Chrome OS, or even Android if it is launched early this year.</p>
