Picnik is now a part of Google

And today they announce the acquisition of the week, Google bought Picnik.

Picnik is a solution for editing image which is currently used by Flickr (owned by Yahoo) and facebook.

Picnik makes your photos fabulous with easy to use yet powerful editing tools. Tweak to your heart’s content, then get creative with oodles of effects, fonts, shapes, and frames.

Facebook just announced a new feature. You can simply respond to your notifications by e-mail. Your response e-mail response will be a comment on your facebook.

When you receive a notification by e-mail about a comment from one of your friends, you click reply, type your comment, and then click send and your comment will be directly added to facebook without needing to connect.
